Highlight
Pavement Poetry
Our fall group show, Pavement Poetry, invites you to reflect on the poetic, expressive side of street photography. We’re looking for work that captures the small magic of public space — moments that are layered, surprising, mysterious, or that reveal something deeper than what’s on the surface.

What’s On
Dionne Kylah
Each month, we shine a spotlight on one of our collective’s unique voices. Dive into the story behind the lens—learn what inspires their work, what drives their creative process, and discover their top tips for fellow photographers. Don’t miss their handpicked selection of three standout images. This month’s featured member is ready to shift your perspective.
VanSPC Zines
Twice a year, we bring our collective vision to print. Our annual zines are a curated collection of photographs from across the collective—each image a reflection of the streets we walk and the stories we uncover. Thoughtfully designed and beautifully printed, the zines captures the spirit and diversity of our community. Explore the latest editions and see the city through our eyes.
Denman Photowalk
We took our latest photowalk along Vancouver’s lively Denman Street, where everyday moments and hidden details meet the buzz of the West End. From candid street scenes to unexpected perspectives, our photographers captured the spirit of the neighborhood in fresh ways.

Seize the Light 2025
Annually, we take to the streets for a cause. Seize the Light is an event where photographers capture photos every hour and post one of those photo every hour to Instagram—all in support of the Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside Women’s Centre. It’s a creative marathon that pushes our limits, builds community, and raises vital funds for an essential organization. Explore highlights from challenge and learn how you can get involved.
